The location was marvellous right in the middle of everything and the staff here was amicable and polite.

It was a welcome base for our decent stay. Particularly good and amazing location, it was walk from a train station. There were some pleasant restaurants;))

The location is good and stunning, in the heart of the city. There is a wide range of restaurants to eat, like Fresh Restaurant that is only 5 minutes' walk away, we enjoyed where it was located...

The hotel of choice in Hua Hin. Really amazing stay, incredibly friendly place. A huge variety of products for a good breakfast. Big size and modern unit with seaview, excellent staff.

The staff were excellent and spoke English very well. They can help with arranging trips and taxis. The location is great, close to the night market and public transportation. Walking to the beach is only a 10-minute walk. The view from the restaurant is stunning.

Felt very happy, no complaints.

We were moved 3 times, due to them not putting us in an air conditioned room as we requested, so the 2nd night we were loved to an air conditioned room. Mee were told it was going to be a big room, like on the pictures, which there is on 3 of, however the man in there had decided to stay so we were moved to a dirty smelly room. We thought that was it, but on the third day we were asked to move again because a family wanted to move in to our room to be next door to their relatives. As well as all this, we were over located over the sea, in all the three rooms, again, only the three big rooms, on the 1st floor were not, the noise was ok in the day, however at night, we didn't not sleep at all, as the crashing of the waves were that loud underneath and outside of our room! Staff were unsympathetic and only gave us 100 baht back (£2.50)! The sockets didn't work in 2 of the rooms, so we couldn't charge anything, and we had to choose between the fan and the tele at night. The mirror in the mirror in the bathroom was to high to see in for an average hight person, and when we told the reception man, he just laughed! We know its not expensive but we wouldn't have paid anything for these rooms! Do not stay here!!!!!

Location: the hotel was not far from the restaurant beside the g as well as anywhere in Hua Hin. Room was modern and newly furnished with climate control, multi-channel TV and a fridge.

Incredibly friendly hotel, beautiful rooms, incredibly beautiful view over the sea. The very amiable and responsive staff with great attitude to guests. Exceptionally nice location very close to the sea, in the perfect area. Pleasant experience there.

We had a great stay at Karoon 23 in Hua Hin. Our room had a seaview and although it was small, it was clean and had everything we needed. The value for money was excellent and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The decking area overlooking the sea was perfect for sunbathing, with sunbeds and bean bags to relax on. The location was amazing, with restaurants and a 7/11 nearby. The new management was doing a great job and we would definitely stay here again. Plus, we got a free cocktail on arrival!

Lady on front desk was super helpful with regards to arranging onward travel and local information. Unique style wooden building built on an old fishing pier. Great restaurant - good breakfast, great massaman curry and the view is sweet too! Room and bathroom basic but very clean

Electrical problems during my stay meant no lights, no fan and no hot water. Noisy! Lots of families and kids in the hotel, running up and down the corridor, banging on walls etc. management should have stopped them disturbing other guests.

Enjoyed the Thai dishes and light snacks at Karoon Restaurant. Centrally located, close to Night Market and Railway Station. Access to massage and other services. Featured amenities include laundry services, 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Nice views from the terrace.

So glad I had the pleasure of experiencing their "dry cleaning/laundry services. " Classic!

everything was really good, amicable staff, amazing views over the sea. the location was great, specially it was walk from a train station which was useful. i dined a minute walk from the hotel at fisherman restaurant. i greatly enjoyed the stay and would recommend the venue.
